2020 Auctions is an ONLINE ONLY auctioneer. Bids can only be placed once you have registered on our website. The Buyers Premium is only 17%, plus VAT (20.4% including VAT). There are NO additional fees for online bidding when you register on our website.
Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless alternative arrangements have been made.
We welcome the following, in order of preference:
- Electronic transfer directly to our bank, details of which are included on the invoice.
- Online debit and credit card payment with SagePay (www.sagepay.co.uk), one of the largest payment gateways.
- A cheque or bankers draft payable in sterling and drawn on a recognised UK bank or Building Society.
- Cash, up to a maximum of £5,000, to comply with money laundering regulations.
2020 Auctions Shipping Policy
Lots may be collected from our offices OR from either the Midland Coin Fair in Birmingham or The London Coin Fair at the Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury (www.coinfairs.co.uk) and all fairs attended by DCM Medals. Please email or call for arrangements.
If you require lots to be shipped, we will undertake that ourselves using Royal Mail services.
All lots purchased by UK buyers will be sent by ‘Signed For’, for invoices of £50 or less, at a cost of £4 plus VAT. Invoices over this amount will be sent by ‘Special Delivery’ at a cost of £9 plus VAT. Bulky and high value (over £2,000) lots will be quoted separately but charged at cost.
Lots purchased by overseas buyers will ALL be sent by Royal Mail ‘Tracked and Signed’ at a cost of £11 (plus VAT when applicable). Again, bulky or expensive items will be quoted separately.
